SMS Terms
The terms for CustomDev Co. Alerts, our text message program.
The program
CustomDev Co. Alerts is a text message program run by FT LLC for CustomDev Co. clients and prospective clients. When you sign up, we send texts about your project: project updates, appointment reminders and one-time sign-in codes. We don’t send marketing texts through this program.
How you sign up
You sign up by ticking the box on our text updates page or on our Start a conversation form. The box is never ticked for you, and the text next to it reads:
“By ticking this box, I give CustomDev Co. my express written consent to text me at the mobile number above with project updates, appointment reminders and sign-in codes. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.”
On the Start a conversation form the box is separate from everything else, optional and unticked: the form sends whether or not you tick it. Signing up is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or service. These two web forms are the only ways to sign up: we don’t take sign-ups by phone call, in person or on paper. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. We reply: “CustomDev Co. Alerts: project updates, appointment reminders and sign-in codes. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Help: support@customdev.co or (405) 993-6969. Reply STOP to opt out.” You can also email support@customdev.co or call (405) 993-6969.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You’ll receive one final message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that: “CustomDev Co. Alerts: you’re unsubscribed and won’t receive more texts from us. Reply START to sign up again.”. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL work too. To join again, sign up on the text updates page or reply START.
Your information
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
